Dr. Grace Sturdivant

Owner & Founder

Dr. Grace Sturdivant completed her Doctorate of Audiology degree at Vanderbilt University Medical School before diving headfirst into the world of diagnosing and treating hearing loss. First working in the medical and research environments, Grace combined her professional findings with a love and interest for outdoorsmanship to launch her own hearing conservation business, OtoPro Technologies. Grace’s expertise allows her to vet, recommend, and provide the ideal product, brands, and manufacturers that are tailored to meet each client’s specific hearing needs, whether they're an avid shooter, experienced musician, or any profession in-between.

Jennifer Stewart

Administrator & Client Coordinator

Jennifer Stewart is a native Mississippian and attended college in Macon, Georgia. Utilizing her background in management in the banking industry, she joined the OtoPro team in Fall 2021 as Business Administrator and Client Coordinator. Since then, she's been dedicated to streamlining customer service and improving business operations for a seamless concierge experience. Jennifer is a mother of three and an avid outdoorswoman, enjoying both hunting and shooting in her spare time. As someone who loves the outdoors and requires hearing protection for her hobbies, Jennifer knows what it means to be able to find the perfect technology in a convenient, communicative and proactive way.

Dr. Kirsha Finemore, Au.D.

Field Provider - Turner, Maine

Dr. Kirsha Finemore was born and raised in Maine, developed a passion for Audiology and hearing conservation early in life. Being diagnosed with hearing loss and fit with hearing aids at the age of 4, she grew comfortable in the Audiology office through the years. Kirsha obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree from Central Michigan University and returned to Maine to serve the population she adores in the state that she loves. Kirsha is eager to help OtoPro clients find the right technology for their needs in the woods, at the shooting range, work, and more.

Dr. Kayla Desrosiers, Au.D.

Field Provider - Columbus, Georgia

Dr. Kayla Desrosiers is a proud U.S. Army brat and wife. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from Auburn University and has since worked as a clinical audiologist at the VA and a busy ENT practice. Kayla grew up hunting with her father and married a competitive shooter which is where she was first introduced to the world of shooting sports. She has recently joined the OtoPro team where her love of audiology and support of shooters collide. She is excited to help provide hearing protection solutions to hunters and athletes alike. 

Dr. Abby Ryan, Au.D., CCC-A FAAA

Field Provider - Birmingham, Alabama

Dr. Abby Ryan is a longtime music appreciator and instrumentalist. She has played the piano, ukulele, banjo, flute, piccolo, and sang in choirs. She has marched in the Pasadena Rose Bowl Parade and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Abby understands the risk of noise exposure for long durations while taking part in routine practices, rehearsals, and performances. She is eager to assist musicians, music appreciators, concert goers, and shooters alike with the help of Otopro! She received her Doctorate of Audiology from Auburn University and studied the effects of auditory working memory and perception in adolescents based on their choice of musical instruments and has gone on to share her results at multiple conferences.
