Custom Fitting
If necessary, our team will be in touch with all the information you need for your local fitting appointment with one of our trusted licensed providers.

Ship Impressions
Use the prepaid UPS label we emailed to you to ship your impressions to us. From there, we will keep you updated with order status and tracking information. Lead time depends on the manufacturer, but most are shipped within 3 weeks of our receipt of earmold impressions.

Fit matters. We have built a network of more than 450 licensed and credentialed hearing care providers across the United States and Canada to ensure that devices fit properly, create a true acoustic seal, and are placed safely within the ear. This process also allows us to identify and refer medically treatable conditions when necessary.
